LongITools is a European research project studying the interactions between the environment, lifestyle and health in determining the risks of chronic cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
LongITools involves 18 partners located in 8 European countries and is coordinated by the University of Oulu in Finland. The project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 874739.
The project is part of the European Human Exposome Network, the world's largest network of projects studying the impact of environmental exposure on human health.
