We are a regenerative mental health and land support organization dedicated to preventing and treating negative stress while also supporting regenerative farms in building a healthier world. We collaborate with regenerative farms to share their knowledge with participants and provide financial support to sustain their existence. Our signature offering is a one-day silent retreat where we blend regenerative farming practices with regenerative mental health practices. We believe this unique combination serves as a powerful metaphor, illustrating principles of restoration, sustainability, and growth in both ecological and personal contexts.
