Look Out Kid is an independent artist management company dedicated to building the successful long-term careers of a handful of the world’s best artists. It is our mission to bring truly great music to the world, to help truly great artists tell their stories and to leave a positive mark on the wider industry. Look Out Kid’s roster is musically diverse but each artist has in common a focus on great songwriting and artistic excellence.
The company was founded in 2013 by Nick O’Byrne and is run by partners Nick O’Byrne and Katie Besgrove. Look Out Kid represents the careers of Courtney Barnett, Faye Webster, Sarah Blasko, Middle Kids and Beverly Glenn Copeland. In Jan 2023, Look Out Kid joined forces with Monster Artist Management to form one of the market’s power centers. Now with a footprint on both sides of the Pacific, they have welcomed managers Jacob Snell and Apple Bagios, and artists Methyl Ethel, Hatchie, The Beths, Cloud Nothings, Sweeping Promises and Palehound.
