At Looking Forward Life Coaching (LFLC), our mission is to empower neurodivergent adults, ages 16 and up, to navigate life's transitions and achieve their personal goals through person-centered coaching. Whether you're navigating a career change, relationship, or any significant life transition, our coaches are here to provide neurodivergent-affirming support and advocacy every step of the way. Our core values guide everything we do: - Person-Centered Coaching: Our approach is tailored to the individual, ensuring that each person’s goals and perspectives are at the forefront. - Neuroaffirming Support: We respect and celebrate each individual's unique experiences and needs. - Safety and Inclusivity: We create a space where everyone feels safe, valued, and included, regardless of how they communicate. - Lived Experience: We believe in the power of lived experience and work alongside our clients with empathy and understanding. Our coaches offer remote sessions to US residents and in-person sessions in the Twin Cities metro area. LFLC is proud to be a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization who accepts state home & community-based service waivers.
