Ensuring compliance with production feasibility and quality benchmarks. Sample Reviews: Development sample checking to verify design accuracy and functionality. Pr-production and size set sample assessments to confirm adherence to specifications. Inline Inspections: Performing inspections during the production phase to identify and rectify quality deviations. Coordinating with factory teams to uphold brand quality standards. Final Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections before shipment to ensure finished products meet the required quality levels. Key Achievements: Improved quality metrics for the any brand by implementing effective audit strategies. Developed and streamlined audit processes across various garment categories, including intimates, kidswear, and blouses.
