Mr. Luecker started his career at Prudhoe Bay, Alaska before the field was put online. He had spent the vast majority of his early career involved with initial exploration and production. In the latter part of his time there he was still involved in initial start ups and fracking operations, His career has taken him from Prudhoe Bay to the Cusiana / Cupiagua fields of Colombia, to the initial development of the Khuff Reservoir in Saudi Arabia, as well as modern practice implementation in multiple fields of Russia including the horizontal wells of Sakhalin Island before returning stateside. Loop Consultants was formed in 2004 once back home in the USA, where he worked in multiple basins and developments in Utah, Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming. He contracted with an independent exploration firm on initial development of their East Texas Cotton Valley play and the Eagleford. Where he was directly involved in the second horizontal Eagleford well. From there, he spent time in West Texas Permian development with multiple operators and Wind River Basin assets. Over the course of those developments he was fortunate to have assembled a team of completion supervisors that are second to none. Many of the team that he developed in the Eagleford development are still part of the Loop family and are scattered out in West Texas, New Mexico and Wyoming. With direct input from Loop, we were able to help those companies successfully meet production and expenditure goals that led to successful development and sales of those of those various plays.
