LoopMe is an IT tool that helps you as a teacher to get a clearer picture of each student's learning process. In an app or on the web you get an individual dialogue with each of your students. This gives you a better relationship with your students without causing an abundance of information for you as a teacher. Your teaching can also be quickly adjusted as needed. For students LoopMe gives structure and support in the important reflection around what they do and learn in school. On the web or in the app they can follow in real-time their tasks from the teacher, their own flow of reflections around the tasks and any feedback from the teacher.
