Lorie Eber Wellness Coaching provides expert advice and accountability to clients who want to lose weight, eat healthier food and stay in shape. This is a whole new approach to health. Ms. Eber teaches clients the special skills they need to stay healthy in a world which is designed to make us fat and lazy. We need to create our own micro-environments of good health so that it is easier to resist the onslaught of super-sized junk food and to move our bodies on a regular basis. Ms. Eber is a Precision Nutrition Certified Professional, Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She was a corporate litigator for 23 years before finding her passion in health and wellness.
