The purposes of this Corporation are to provide mentoring and education to both aspiring creative talent and the community at large. These purposes include: * Offer resources for the production, promotion, distribution and presentation of high quality film, television, art, music, and online media that would otherwise be unavailable to emerging projects. * Allow artists and creators to stay true to their visions which would otherwise be compromised by the interests of profit-driven corporations. * Create opportunities for personal and professional growth in fields including the arts, technology, public relations, and non-profit business administration. * Invest net revenues from fundraising, presentations, and merchandise in charities, the community, seed grants, and the growth of the organization. * Establish a lasting presence for production facilities which would otherwise be isolated to the traditional locations of Hollywood and New York.
