Los Paleteros is a pioneering chain in Brazil selling “Paletas”, an ice cream inspired by typical Mexican popsicles: 120g brick-like ice cream on a stick. However, Los Paleteros was innovative in bringing completely different flavors, adding creamy fillings, crunchy inclusions, and using premium, natural, and no-conservative ingredients that revolutionized the Brazilian ice cream market, transforming consumption habits and opening the market for premium popsicles. Poëse is the newest brand: a mini ice cream scoop with creamy “paleta-like” filling, enveloped in a chocolate shell on a stick. It is a product perfectly designed for a quick break to relax, reflect or indulge, pairing perfectly with a coffee after lunch.
The company has also been spreading its presence beyond the shopfront. Now convenience stores, bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants offer Los Paleteros’ products, making the company’s portfolio more accessible.
