Lost Parent Project (LPP) is a forum for people who have lost a parent to share their story and their parent’s story together. There are others who are experiencing loss and trying to navigate their grief that may benefit from finding community and people to relate to, and also learn how to turn their journey into a positive one when they are ready.
LPP vision in it’s simplest form: I want a kid like me (Alex, founder of LPP) who lost their parent to have a community resource at their disposal that they can use to not feel alone and also learn about life from more perspectives than they would have ever learned from one parent. This hopefully will help them see their loss differently if they want to and maybe even one day want to share their story with the world. This is the forum.
LPP is a resource containing advice from parents from different walks of life and how their children are using what they learned from them to make positive impacts in their world. This gives us all the place to tell our story and find others with stories to tell.
