It was certified by them as continuously performing at 110% of rated capacity under full load."
OUR TECHNOLOGY:
We use state of the art, Detonation Spray Coating (DSC) technology in the Electrode manufacturing process. DSC is one of the most advanced Ceramic Coating technologies in the world. The Electrodes are the heart of an Ozonator. The entire manufacturing is done at our world class ISO 9000:2015 certified, manufacturing facility in Chennai, India.
This results in the Highest Di-electric strength, Highest concentration Ozone, and Significant increase in electrode life.
While the electrode is the heart of the Ozonator, our custom designed Hi-Tech IGBT electronics based mother board, is the brain that monitors and controls all the critical input parameters, such as current, voltage, frequency, etc., giving the optimum levels to the electrode, getting the best quality and concentration of ozone. These mother boards are also completely designed and manufactured In-house at our Chennai facility.
