L.A.S. is the creative and spiritual playground of Kevin Farr—an accomplished designer, musician, business consultant, athlete, entrepreneur, wellness coach, and at times, a Hades Sherpa. Motivated by his quest to enhance his life experience and improve his own lifestyle, Kevin founded the love.alchemy.science collective. Now, he finds joy in guiding others on their own journeys by generously sharing the valuable tools he has gathered throughout his life; especially, his recovery from work addiction and other addictions, chaotic relationships, and general dis/ease and dis/satisfaction with life. Within L.A.S., Kevin employs a diverse range of modalities to help clients identify, process, and transform challenges that hinder their quality of life, or even elevate them to new levels beyond their perceived potential. His toolkit includes spiritual practices, business economics, life strategy, design, body training, mental training, wellness strategies, plant compounds, phytochemicals, spiritual ceremonies, trauma and addiction recovery, as well as an understanding of diet strategies encompassing minerals, roots, herbs, flowers, and more. Drawing from his lifetime of high-performance athletics, creative expression, and business, he incorporates movement, meditation, martial arts, yoga, intensity training, and physiology training into a process of transformation and alchemy that helps clients live, work, and relate in ways that bring them more satisfaction with living life on life’s terms. He helps clients bring these tools into practical day-to-day life, where they feel healthier with their work, more sustainable in their lifestyle, and experience increased connection in friendships, love, and community. In his role as a coach and consultant, Kevin generously shares these transformative tools and more with his clients, guiding them towards a path of growth, empowerment, and profound positive change.
