Divided into 3 sections - Raw, Marinated & Prepared, and Condiments/Non-dairy - we offer an authentic cut, weigh, and package experience just like the butchers you’ve always known. Key highlights include sausage patties & minced chicken, brisket & “beef” wellington, and housemade kombu butter & XO sauce. Have we got your mouth watering yet? Make your way upstairs to get a taste for yourself, where we use our meats to create flavour-packed burgers and mains. The top floor is where all the behind-the-scenes magic happens. Home to our very own innovation hub, the Love Handle team spends hours here experimenting on new ways and recipes to grow the plant-based industry.
