Our mission is to create and hold space for people to come together and have real conversations. We partner with sponsors who believe in our mission to provide information to everyone. Our founder, Ally Love created Love Squad to share her own personal journey to find fulfillment in 2016, and it has evolved into a means to unite people from all walks of life around their shared love of career-building, health, and information. Love Squad empowers women of all walks of life by facilitating motivational and educational conversations. We host themed panel-oriented events to provide access to information that leaves attendees ready to unleash their inner boss. Striving to help women everywhere reclaim their agency in both their professional and personal lives, we get real about topics from negotiating salaries to fertile health to the realities of running a business while raising a family. This rapidly growing community is built upon inclusivity, support, and, of course, a whole lotta love.
