The Love+Truth Dōjō is a coaching and business advisory "safe harbor" sanctuary created by Robert Althuis to empower executives, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and athletes to awaken to their full human potential so they can maximize their personal fulfillment and their impact in this world.
The cornerstone of Robert Althuis' coaching methodology is Power Mastery which is a transformational coaching framework designed to guide visionary leaders to full embodied potential.
Through his own life's (hero) journey, Robert discovered that Alphas - our natural leaders - have a unique genius which is their Power. They are typically very successful, in positions of power and influence, and leaders in their respective field only to discover that their worldly pursuits, wins, and accolades ultimately didn't bring them the happiness, joy, satisfaction, and fulfillment they're seeking. They get stuck feeling restless, empty, unfulfilled, and in search of something else but can't quite pinpoint what that else is. Robert refers to this critical junction in their life as the Power Crucible and most if not all successful Alphas get there sooner or later.
The Power Crucible is a rite of passage - an initiation - to rise above the upper limits of current conditioned thinking so the Alpha can transition from their zone of excellence to their zone of genius.
The zone of genius is where the Alpha comes into full alignment with their innate talents, gifts, and superpowers and they reach their zenith of flow and abundance in money, success, love, and health while maximizing their impact on this world.
Robert's mission is to inspire and create a world of love & truth. Love is the foremost creative life force energy in this universe and truth is the essence of living in integrity or being whole.
