Wayfare Impact is a privately-owned impact investment firm primarily focused on U.S. investments in real estate, private equity, and venture capital in partnership with high net worth investors and family offices. Wayfare has extensive capital markets and institutional investment experience yet our origins are in entrepreneurship and real estate development, management, and property operations. This operational expertise provides us a distinct advantage over traditional financial investors in selecting investments as well as unlocking value and managing risk. Wayfare exclusively acts as general partner and co-investor in U.S. investments and all social and environmental impact programs and initiatives are created, implemented, and managed in-house. Our firm is forward-thinking and highly entrepreneurial by nature, yet we create value through combining these insights and instincts with executional excellence and proven institutional practices.
