Love & Help Heal is an award-winning, youth-led nonprofit based in Toronto, Canada, with a global impact. We design creative, community-oriented, and educational initiatives that empower youth to lead with purpose, compassion, and courage by centring care and wellbeing.
Rooted in healing-centered leadership and grounded in the belief that systemic change begins with care, our programs create space for young people to grow, rest, connect, and organize. From urban retreats and storytelling workshops to grassroots campaigns and creative documentaries, we provide platforms where youth, especially those from underserved communities, can thrive, express themselves, and contribute meaningfully to social transformation.
🌍 We prioritize collaboration, imagination, and accessibility. While we center youth from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), many of our offerings are open to global participants, partners, and volunteers.
Our work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.
