Low Altitude provides crop health surveys to the Agricultural and Viticultural sectors and Lidar surveys to many others. Using advanced multispectral cameras mounted on a UAV platform, growers are able to monitor crop health and take remedial actions, protecting their yields. The same technology can be used for archaeological site surveys. By measuring plant stress it is possible to identify hidden features without the need to dig, allowing targeted excavation. Low Altitude holds an Operational Authorisation from the CAA and is fully insured, with £5m Public Liability cover.
