Users simply upload their itemized medical bill(s) by snapping a picture or upload an softcopy from their computer. We compare each charge to reasonable insurance reimbursement rates and generate a custom dispute letter that includes reimbursement amounts and potential savings, so it can be used to negotiate with the hospital or provider to help make a compelling case on behalf of the patient.
