We are developing a nanoparticle gene therapy. Our technology is capable of delivering any nucleic acid. Our primary area of focus is the lung for cystic fibrosis. We are pre-clinical and have good data in a variety of cell lines and animals. We have delivered different types of genes to different cell types, including primary cells collected from the lungs of CF patients.
