Loyers, founded in March 2018, is a company registered pursuant to art. 115 T.U.L.P.S., has its main office in Rome, and is proposed as one of the most efficient servicers specializing in the acquisition and management, both judicial and extrajudicial, of impaired loans (Non Performing Loan-NPL). Also through the Loy Law Firm, since February 2014 it has been managing mainly mortgage loan portfolios (6,000 NDG for a total current GBV of over €. 300 million) on behalf of leading servicers in the sector. From February 2015 to date, it has carried out and / or coordinated the performance of over 30 pre-acquisition due diligence of NPLs for a total viewed GBV of over € 7 billion. The Company employs a staff of legal, technical and commercial professionals, functional to a capillary management of managed portfolios, and has a consolidated network of consultants and correspondents, offering its customers services throughout the national territory.
