LICENSED PURPOSE COACH COMMUNITY is a group of LPCC graduate coaches who have a passion to help others and want to identify their own purpose first so that they can make a difference in the lives of others. LPCC provides an entire Coaching Ecosystem for its members to establish their coaching practice Founded by Nitesh Gawade in July 2019 to share his coaching journey, tools, techniques and mistakes to fast forward the journey of aspiring coaches by 10 years Total Members : 120 Purpose Coaches as of Feb 2022 Impact Created in last 31 months: 24,000 Parents participated in AS YOU SOW : Parenting Challenge 12000 Professionals participated in UNLIVED Projects 3500 teenagers benefitted from TEENPRENEUR Challenge 2300 Families attended DISCOVER MY SUPERPOWER Family Workshop 7000 Professionals empowered by MAKE IT BIG Challenge 120 Coaches graduated our intensive LPCC 120 Teenagers enrolled for Teenpreneur Fellowship Programme LPCC stands for Licensed Purpose Coach Certification ( 9 weeks online programme plus 15 month of Community Membership and License to use Trademark and Intellectual property) We are a global community with a mix of Senior Directors , IT Professionals , Teachers , Doctors , Home Makers, IIM Graduates , Entrepreneurs and Counsellors As a community, we execute initiatives like AS YOU SOW, Make It Big , Teenpreneur; we conduct workshops like Discover My Superpower , TEENPRENEUR Fellowship and coach individuals using Discover My Core framework LPCC conducts internal initiatives for its internal members like -Writing a Book on your Niche -Coaching Toolkit -Boot Camp -Train the Trainer -Short Course Creation -Employee Engagement Initiatives Our motto is “ Find Your Purpose and Everything Else will Find You”
