Our company was started by two founding partners, one an accomplished builder with both regional and national homebuilding experience, the other a seasoned real estate investor and developer. Together, they have worked to form LPL Construction as a GC that truly understands and captures both sides of the equation. We have intimate knowledge of the construction cycle, allowing us to bid accurately and set clear expectations.
