The company was found by a group of production and inventory management consultants with academic background. Its origin go back to LIPRO R, a 100% subsidiary of the German IT holding LIPRO AG, operated since early 2000th. Over the past 25 years, a number of successful projects have been carried out in various industries such as mechanical and instrument engineering, furniture, sewing, food etc. Customer-oriented logistics models, techniques and software tools have been developed for the (primarily) small-batch / job-shop manufacturing environment, such as: - TPS / TOC / ConWIP based management model. - "Production Management System" software package. - Material flows synchronization techniques. - Adaptive statistical inventory control algorithms.
