L&S Engineering

L&S Engineering is a consulting firm specializing in Mechanical and Electrical engineering, primarily working in the commercial and institutional construction industry, as consultants to architects or building owners. We work for a variety of clients in the public and private sector on as many as two hundred projects a year. We provide expertise in code compliance, building commissioning, energy modeling, LEED certification submittal, construction administration and mechanical / electrical engineering. L&S Engineering has been providing high performance designs for commercial buildings in the Inland Northwest for over 65 years.
