The Life Science Manufacturers Association (LSMA) is a coalition of industry leaders in the bioscience innovation and manufacturing space. The LSMA provides a platform for life science companies to engage with policymakers and other stakeholders, inform policymaking, and advocate for business environments that foster life science innovation and provide global access to critical technology. The organisation is initially based in Europe, home to a thriving life science sector, but global in scope. It aims ultimately to inform and influence policymaking around the globe on policies that touch upon life sciences. At the time of its establishment in 2023, its initial focus is EU chemicals policy, and the association intends to broaden its scope, both geographically and concerning its chosen areas of common interest.
