LS Magnet is a factory specialized in developing and manufacturing hard ferrite magnets for water meter. Located in Ningbo, China, it covers an area of 2, 500 ㎡. We own a complete and reliable production line, to provide customers with a comprehensive range of magnets. Our annual production capacity is about 20 million pcs of ferrite magnets. We impress our customers with tailor made magnet solutions based on individual requirement, as well as high quality, stable and reliable products.
What we do
Founded in 1980s, LS magnet has more than 30 years’ experience in magnet manufacturing. From the beginning, we have been focusing on the production process of ferrite magnet, and keeps improving it year by year, which enables us to produce higher precision magnet rings of the same density. We have developed our own magnetizing equipment and testing equipment, to provide reliable products timely to water meter companies and movement companies at home and abroad. In 2010, we create a new brand named Keyu, mainly for overseas market.

We are WRAS certified supplier of ferrite magnet for water meter, with approval NO. 1605538. Magnet is an important part of water meter. Stable magnetic strength and product consistency determine the accuracy and performance of water meter. A lot of water meters use multi-pole magnet rings, but the production process of ferrite magnet makes it difficult to accurately control the magnetic strength of multi-pole magnet rings. We have innovatively developed an equipment especially for the testing of multi-pole magnet rings. The testing speed is 0.2s/piece, so every piece of magnet ring is tested before delivery, to ensure reliable precision and lowest failure rate.

Currently, we are committed to the development of highly automated production lines and production process, so that human factors are minimally involved in production, to finally achieve a fault-free production.
