Magnet is an important part of water meter. Stable magnetic strength and product consistency determine the accuracy and performance of water meter. A lot of water meters use multi-pole magnet rings, but the production process of ferrite magnet makes it difficult to accurately control the magnetic strength of multi-pole magnet rings. We have innovatively developed an equipment especially for the testing of multi-pole magnet rings. The testing speed is 0.2s/piece, so every piece of magnet ring is tested before delivery, to ensure reliable precision and lowest failure rate.
