LTL Munitions Ltd. is a Vancouver, Canada based, family-owned R&D firm that specializing in the development of less-than-lethal (LTL) ammunition and training utilities for military organizations, law enforcement agencies, security personnel, and consumers. The ReShell™ is an air driven mechanical cartridge, which is rapidly recharged via its fully enclosed CADS unit using HPA or Co2. The cartridge payloads are made from lightweight materials such as polymer and press fit by hand, mitigating preparation time and material costs. The system operates using a standard paintball bottle with an output pressure of 800 psi, this keeps the velocity under 500 fps reducing the risk of property damage and physical harm to the user and others. This cartridge provides access to the user to use their firearm in more dynamic ways.
