Post-assessment, they collaboratively define the training methodology and online content. Synchronous and asynchronous training follows, tested with commercial agents for feedback. This feedback informs refinements for the final training version. LUCA's expected outcomes revolve around enhancing digital skills in virtual selling and inside sales for commercial agents, boosting partners' capacities in multimedia content creation, and laying the foundation for a certification process, formalizing commercial agents' proficiency in the evolving digital landscape.
