Driven by impatience with a world where people in wheelchairs are often asked to wait when it comes to innovative technology, we created LUCI. A company founded to build to the need, not just reimbursement code. LUCI is fueled by collaboration. We sought out experts - riders, caregivers, therapists, roboticists, engineers, technologists, designers and suppliers. We listened and we got to work. LUCI is the first-ever, smart power wheelchair platform and has been designed to reimagine mobility. With LUCI’s smart technology, riders gain independence and real world technology inclusion. It is an attachable hardware/software product – the first of its kind – which uses cloud and sensor-fusion technologies for collision avoidance, drop-off and tip protection and more.
