Who is Lucid Bay Digital s.r.o.? We are a guide in the world of agile approaches and our services include: 1) Agile Transformations: we help companies with agile transformations. We live the agile approach ourselves and like any good scrum master, we work on our own expendability. We try to train our customer's employees so that they can gradually replace us and move on without us. We have experience in setting expectations for agile transformations, designing the organizational structure of the company, training entire teams or even Scrum Masters and Product Owners. We also work with top management to make the company agile at all levels of management. We're also happy to help with agility in the People & Culture department, or perhaps setting budgets to support long-term agile teams. 2) Agency work focused on agile: we have a license for agency work so we are happy to help you select agile team members, scrum masters, product developers, or even agile leaders. We can train and provide start-up support for agile roles in areas of the business where these roles are not yet on the market. In addition to assessing the hard skills of candidates, we also assess the agile mindset of candidates as a matter of course. When recommending candidates, we always do our best to ensure that the company and the potential employee are also a good fit in terms of company culture. 3) Agile training: we have trained hundreds of people during agile transformations.
