Lucid Capital Solutions, LLC, a California limited liability company is being formed in order to make loans secured by first deeds of trust (or mortgages) on commercial and residential property within the United States. The Company's primary objective is to make short term (or “bridge”) loans secured by income producing real estate in order to maximize yield on capital, provide diversification of investment and liquidity, and earn relatively low risk, dependable and consistent returns.
