As the fresh milk provides the best favorable media for microbial growth, greater care should be provided right throughout the manufacturing process of the products. Well qualified staff ensures the quality of incoming raw materials and the final product through continuous inspection, monitoring and laboratory testing including chemical & microbiological testing of each batch maintaining the product quality according to Sri Lankan quality standards (SLS – 824). Lucky is the first & ever yoghurt in Sri Lanka accredited by SLS quality certification.
