LTSI provides airlines access to 24/7 support on a full-service spectrum of integrated and comprehensive services, including access to Lufthansa Technik’s global spare part pool, best-in-class repair and overhaul services within an in-house and contracted MRO network, in-depth engineering support, and tailored logistic solutions to enable seamless aviation operations. LTSI’s dedicated customer support teams take care of needs of airline partners, from comprehensive long-term support packages to immediate ad-hoc needs for a loan, exchange, or repair. The eFreight Pre-Check center at LTSI cross checks and validates all documentation requirements for air freight so that the shipments are good to go on the aircraft. Since 2019, LTSI has expanded its competencies into Digital Services, driving the digital transformation and business model development of Lufthansa Technik with state-of-the-art Data Analytics Services.
