Lancaster University HR & OWT Society aims to provide a mind-set for people who have a passion for Human Resources and Behavioual Management, or just for those who wish to find out more about it. We encompass a variety of different activities in order to explore a deeper level of thinking, whilst encouraging open discussions and engagement, including through the use of; workshops; guest speakers; The HR & OWT Award; and training sessions, both online and on campus.
We are a newly replenished society that hosts bi-weekly training session events, in which all paid members can partake in- free of charge- and be awarded certification upon completion. We also offer an exclusive, members only 'HR & OWT Award' on 3 tiers: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Please message us for more information!
We have links with 'Work Ready Graduates' who have kindly offered free monthly online accredited employability sessions for all paid members, as well as links with the Management School Careers Zone for access to useful information and guest speakers.
