Current Major Project – Hotel K42 Our largest ongoing project is Hotel K42, located in a central city block in Lahti. The development includes five separate plots and buildings, covering a total area of approximately 37,000 square meters. The city plan allows for a combination of commercial, office, and residential construction. The project will feature a new hotel, residential buildings, and the renovation of an existing office property. LUHTA-Kiinteistöt aims to sell the developed properties within this versatile urban block.
