Luke River Walk - A Chef John Besh Restaurant

Chef John Besh welcomes you to Lüke San Antonio, on the city’s famed River Walk. This is Besh’s first restaurant outside of his home state of Louisiana, and it features a menu of authentic Old World cuisine, combining classic German and French cooking techniques with a New Orleans touch. Lüke is conveniently situated in San Antonio’s popular downtown district. In keeping with Chef John Besh’s commitment to supporting local food-ways, menus feature locally sourced ingredients, from Texas-raised chicken and seasonal vegetables, to locally brewed beer and Gulfcaught fish. Executive Chef John Russ approaches his work with dedication to those locally raised ingredients and high quality, honest service. The restaurant is spacious but the interior is warm and welcoming. The upstairs private dining room has a sweeping view of the beautiful San Antonio river and a balcony that overlooks the river and Houston Street. Perhaps the best part of the private dining room at Lüke is the open kitchen, where your guests can watch as our team skillfully prepares each dish.
