LULAC Greater Philadelphia is a local chapter of LULAC National, committed to empowering the community through educational programming that supports the academic advancement of students of all ages. As a council, we are passionate about civic engagement and advocacy, particularly in assisting our community in accessing resources like scholarships for both traditional 4-year institutions and certificate programs, as well as mentoring both youth and those that are looking for a fresh start.
