Our new chromatography technology is intended to significantly advance antibody manufacturing, particular with regard to product quality as well as economic aspects. To achieve these ambitious goals and become a superior alternative to Protein A chromatography, we combine several proprietary technologies. The key innovation here is an affinity matrix with a light-controlled binding mode. By this means, the operator can easily capture antibodies in any user-defined buffer, making acidic elution obsolete.
