Carson’s background includes leadership in customer experience, operations, and finance—most notably serving as Head of Technology at Stratus Financial, where he led initiatives in business process automation and service optimization. A driven leader in the aviation and finance space, Carson brings a unique ability to motivate teams, streamline systems, and help others reach their goals. Together, they founded Luminary Augmenters to provide fractional COO services, virtual executive support, and custom strategic planning to help Overwhelmed business owners systemize their operations and grow sustainably.
