We are actively looking to acquire businesses in the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta Area. No institutional money. We are local residents who will protect and respect the culture the business owner has built. OUR CRITERIA: Longevity: We love companies who have been in existence for at least 15-20 years Ownership: We want to work with the business owner. We are local and will respect the brand you have built Size: We are passionate about people! We are seeking companies with at least 50-100 employees. Customer Structure: We prefer B2B companies but will consider B2C companies if they are legitimately looking to sell and meet all our other criteria Revenue: A minimum of $2M in 2019 earnings (Profit)
