Lunar Resources Registry

Lunar Resources Registry (LRR) is an early-stage Lunar Mining Exploration company. Their initial focus was identifying high value resources locations on the Moon using remote sensing data, that may be used for In-situ Resources Utilization (ISRU), in the CisLunar economy, or back on Earth. These locations have been researched and added into their Lunar Resources Registry. Their current activities include developing with technology partners the hardware required to verify the presence of resources, and extract resources, from the Moon. Lunar Resources Registry UG is an Alumni of the European Space Agency Business Incubation Centre (ESA BIC) in Hessen, managed by CESAH in Darmstadt. Recently, Thales Alenia Space’s Space Business Catalyst and Lunar Resources Registry UG have signed a 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) to enable and accelerate the exploration of lunar and space resources; this joint 'European Space Resources Project' is to develop cost-efficient lunar resources exploration solutions, from sampling regolith, to potentially deploying light Lunar landers. LRR also maintains a registry of activity on the Moon and is a provider of Lunar Maps (printed and online). It is also a functional platform for transparent Lunar Governance, as it displays Public (non-commercial) and Commercial (private) activity, including the latest missions and their status. LRR has developed a Registry Platform, parallel to Legal and Policy Frameworks, to give the CisLunar and Space Resources industry a platform to plan and co-ordinate future surface operations.
