Lunaris Hacks is an inclusive, interdisciplinary hackathon designed to engage engineering students across all majors - civil, biomedical, mechanical, aerospace, chemical, computer, and beyond. Our mission is to create a space where every student, regardless of coding background or experience, can compete, learn, and build impactful solutions. While hackathons are often limited to software developers, Lunaris blends the best of traditional hackathons and case competitions. Participants not only build prototypes but also research, strategize, and pitch their ideas - focusing on both the "how" and the "why" behind their solutions. With workshops on backend and frontend development, we give every participant the tools to grow technically while encouraging big-picture thinking. Lunaris pushes engineering students to go beyond just problem-solving - it encourages them to communicate, innovate, and collaborate across disciplines. By integrating business strategy with tech, we’re redefining what a hackathon can be -for engineers, by engineers. Everyone at TMU Engineering has a place here.
