Paula is a balance well rounded Yoga practitioner with a special flavor for nutrition and all that brings balance in life. Her love and passion for the practice has led here to complete her YTT @Niya Yoga studio. She believes strongly on the benefits of practicing Yoga on a regular basis, she is interested in helping practitioners find those body, mind and soul benefits by creating a safe and welcoming environment where they can develop their practice slowly but with a well knowledge of a coordinated asana.
Movement has always been Paola’s favourite form of treatment, beginning in her early years as an avid sports practitioner and dancer. Combining her love for Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, she decided to take her practice to the next level by enrolling in LYT YTT which she is undertaking at present, the LYT training focuses on a more functional yoga movements.
She aims to teach from a sustainable and strong vantage point, using the knowledge she has gained from her teachers to ensure everyone practice yoga safely. Being a lover of inversions, she emphasizes on having a powerful core to access the deep potential for growth in the body and mind.
Come prepared to work hard and be lovingly pushed and expanded beyond what you may think is possible. Classes are coated with Intention, Extraordinary Attention to Alignment and super playful creative sequencing. Focusing on core strength, stability and building body intelligence so as to playfully and safely create exquisite architecture, body art.
