Established in 1955 Lund’s Joinery was a division of C Lund & Son Ltd, operating from Timaru, New Zealand. The company is family owned and operated.
Our production facility was built originally as part of the larger building business, servicing building projects and providing a base for our carpenters and joiners to prefabricate items for site. As the company grew, and opportunities such as CNC technology were introduced, Lund’s Joinery went out on it’s own, allowing focused and optimized systems, specific to the production of joinery, to be developed and implemented.
Today we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible. While we have a heavily optimized and efficient production process for volume joinery, we enjoy a base load of bespoke, out of the box projects. We enjoy the opportunity to use skillsets from across the C Lund & Son group, including 3D modelling capacity, structural steelwork, GRC, and concrete, to include in our projects.
Our philosophy is to keep the skill and craft of joinery alive, and train and retain skilled staff, through a supportive and capable team, and a wide and varied workload. We have a point of difference, because we’re passionate about Joinery, not just production.
