Brades Farm Original Barista Milk is designed to be the perfect milk for coffee with consistent quality and amazing flavour. It's a mix of Jersey and Holstein that has a higher protein and fat content than regular milk and is not homogenised, which makes it an ideal partner for coffee as it improves texture and taste. The milk is fully traceable back to Brades Farm, a third generation family farm located in the beautiful Lune Valley, Lancashire. The welfare of our cows is at the forefront of everything we do. We redesigned the infrastructure of the farm to develop a 'Freedom to Choose' policy for our girls. We are proud to be constantly innovating and are currently making big steps to become leaders in environmentally sustainable farming, an area we are extremely passionate about.
