Recognizing the significant gap between these communities and the creative industry—where, despite the sector contributing approximately 3.4% to Malawi's GDP, marginalized groups often lack access to opportunities and resources. The organization fosters innovation and leadership for transformative social change by enhancing access to information, connecting individuals with creative opportunities, facilitating peer-to-peer mentorship, and nurturing skills and talents. Central to its programs is an art-based approach that drives impact and inclusion.
