Luxbright is a Swedish X-ray technology company developing disruptive innovations for X-ray beam generation and microfocus. We are passionate about dramatically improving the world with revolutionary products. Manufacturers of X-ray equipment using Luxbright technology will have an array of features to help them outperform their competition: brighter microfocus, reduced radiation, higher stability, and faster and clearer imaging.
The Luxbright team consists of a mix of experienced business developers and cutting-edge researchers within the fields of med-tech, finance and X-ray technology. Although from different backgrounds, what brings us together is the will to radically change what features and functionality are expected of X-ray tubes and equipment. Luxbright was awarded the Horizon2020 Phase 2 grant to develop an innovative imaging system framed around Luxbright’s X-ray tubes. The project "ColdNano-X" aims at utilizing nanomaterials for security at airports and other high-risk locations around the world.
